What’s included

• Start and end nodes — clearly marked entry and exit points for your flow
• Decision diamonds — pre-placed branch points for yes/no or conditional logic
• Process steps — rectangular blocks for each action or task in the sequence

How to use it

2. Define your starting point and the outcome you want to map
3. Add process steps in sequence, using decision diamonds wherever the flow branches
4. Label each connector with the condition that triggers that path
5. Walk through the finished chart with your team to spot missing steps or dead ends
