By accessing or using MyCanva, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Acceptable Use
You may not use MyCanva to generate illegal content, harass others, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you create on MyCanva. AI-generated content is licensed to you for personal and commercial use. We do not claim ownership of your boards or generated content.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MyCanva after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
